Title: Cannot login
Post by: Masamune on April 29, 2009, 03:40:56 AM
Until recently, my Coppermine was bridged with phpBB. After breaking the bridge so I could upgrade to phpBB3, I am unable to login to my gallery with my master account. I can create new accounts and login with no problems, but not as the administrator. I've looked around the database and I can't see what's messing it up. Any suggestions?

Yes, read When requesting bridge support - mandatory! (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,24032.0.html)

And please, next time chose the proper board to post. Moving accordingly.

I didn't think this would be a bridge issue since it is no longer bridged. I don't think this information will be of much use, but for completion's sake, here we go.

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and XXX:
There is no error message

Coppermine install: http://www.gamehiker.com/gallery
Forum install: http://www.gamehiker.com/forum1 (original forums) / http://www.gamehiker.com/forums (current forums)
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.2.1
Forum version: phpBB 2.0.22. (old forums, no longer bridged) / phpBB 3.0.4 (current forums, not bridged)
Test user account: dummy / dummy

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.gamehiker.com/forum1
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forum1/
Use post-based groups?:  1
Cookie name/prefix: phpbb2mysql

To sum up what's going wrong:

The original, administrator account will no longer login. It seemingly allows me to login, but when it returns to the index I am not logged in.

New accounts can login without issue.

I do not know how to assign new members administration rights through phpMyAdmin.

Found what I needed here:

Admin Group had been reassigned a different ID value. Changing it back fixed the problem.
