Depends what you want: do you want coppermine to be the start page of your web site or do you want content taken from your coppermine-driven gallery to appear on your non-coppermine-driven start page? Both aspects have been asked and answered in many, many postings. For the former, just move all files and folders from your coppermine folder into the webroot or create a redirection. For the later, use one of the content syndication mods (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/board,57.0.html) discussed on this forum in detail - the dev team recommends using cpmFetch (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,35231.0.html).
Or is it something else you want to accomplish: do you want your user galleries to show up on the index page of coppermine without the need to click on "user galleries" first? If yes, there's a plugin for that as well, see "TopLevelUsers replaces "User galleries" by placing user galleries under the root (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,38911.html)".

If you need details, do as suggested per board rules (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,55415.0.html) and post a link to your gallery. Explain in detail what you want to accomplish.
