Title: How do I remove unwanted Album Password
Post by: rjflory on May 13, 2009, 02:42:36 AM
A password got enabled somehow on an album, and there seems to be no way to remove it.  Backspacing over the password field and clicking on "Update Album" has no effect.  I want to allow the album to be viewed by anybody.

I have searched this topic and found no suitable hits.  One person was told to remove the password, but no description of how to do this followed.

Also, I never entered a password for the album, it seems to have magically inherited it from somewhere...

Or the "Remember Password" feature from your browser.

I think you mean well, but it wont help to post a link a page on my site that you won't be able to access until the unwanted password "protection" is somehow removed...

Yes, I mean well, and I know better: we need the link to your page. Leave it up to our decision what the use of that information is. It's not a bright idea to argue about the existing board rules.
