I successfully install everything, and read all docs but in the end, i get error after uploading file
The previous file could not be placed.

please ask some question so i will know where i am wrong ;)
>:( Same problem here - and I've tried ALL the trouble shooting directions. The files are actually being uploaded to the albums/userpics folder - but I can't access them or place them in an album. While I'm certainly not a very experienced user - I have used Coppermine previously and never had any problems.
I hope someone cal help here.

Just wanted to add that after reading more posts on the board I've solved my problem. Changed the method of resizing images in the config area from Image Magick to GD and it works like a charm. Thanks for offering that info on another thread - I should have read further.
