Hi!! I have a problem with my gallery. All photos appear as thumbnail but when i try to see them the do not appear on the normal size. Instead off the photo appears the following message "click here to see the photo..." and when i click it opens in a pop up window. Why is this happening??

A link to your website also does not appear in your post. People can only guess to help you. If your site is not ready/public then it will be difficult to assist.
Thank's for your answer. My site is under construction and even if i sent a link someone will have to be a registered user to see. I log in as admin or user, the galery opens but i have the above problem.
Any solution? :(
Post the link and (if needed) a non-admin test user account. You already have been told that we can't help otherwise.

Just click on one photo and you will see what i mean!
You don't have any intermediate images. Either disable intermediate images in config or build some using admin tools.
