or what is uploading limit for cpg ,
or how many pictures do i upload to cpg , can i upload about 10.000 pics...

Yes, there are galleries with many thousands of images but depending on your server setup speed can be an issue with very large galleries.
This question has been asked many times before so please use the search function in futre. It not only saves us effort in answering but it also saves you time waiting for an answer.
There's no limitation built-into coppermine, but your webserver probably has it's limitations.
