Coppermine installs performed by auto-installers go unsupported (as in "no support at all"), so you better ask the person who provides the auto-installer to you. Tell them to read the docs to you over the phone. Because we have written down in the docs that ship with coppermine (available online as well, link at the top of this screen) what you need to do to come up with a custom site design. As i-imagine told you, you have broken several rules in your posting. Being new is a poor excuse for that - you agreed to the rules when signing up, and they appear right on the screen where you composed your message as well. You don't help staff (as you said in your subject), but you molest staff that way. Don't. Read the docs. Then search the board. If you by then still have open issues, come back and post a valid posting.
