I have deleted an album but it still shows up on the upload page when uploading an image - is there any way to delete this permanently?

Make sure that you're not looking at a cached copy of the page. Respect board rules and do as suggested there.

I've cleared my browser cache multiple times and template caching is disabled in Coppermine, if that is what you meant.

The entry, "Azshara" appears twice in the "WoW - US Servers" when uploading. Browsing the album manager or the album list there is only one.

Fixed the issue - it wasn't sorting correctly and was in fact still visible.
