How do i approve / deny images from the members so they appear in the albums?
On the groups control panel, set Approval to "Yes". You'll see an entry in the admin menu if there is at least one upload that needs to be approved. If you don't trust your eyes, go to http://yoursite.tld/your_coppermine_folder/editpics.php?mode=upload_approval

Really? Reason might be that it's an example and not a real link - you failed to post the link to your gallery, so I had to post an example link instead of the real link that points to your gallery. Magic crystal balls are out of stock. Maybe you could use some common sense before replying. Of course there's no top level domain that is named "tld". Maybe you should try something easier. Bingo comes to mind.
I did that but now where do i go in it and how do members submit them to the gallery?

I already told you. If you want details, post details as suggested per board rules and as I already told you: post a link to your gallery for a start.
