My host installed stramm for me. I'm not sure how to change anything though or what stramm actually offers. Do I change things via the FTP? or Config? or Admin?

Once you have done that, read Stramm's docs if you want to know what it does. Coming on here and asking your question just shows you are too lazy to read either the board rules or the information about the mod you have "had" installed for you.
