Title: Redirect Problem Batching PHP 5.2.10?

After we changed to Php 5.2.10 sometimes we cannot batch add pictures.
We upload the files via SSH, then we go to batch, select the folder and the list appears.
After that, we select the output album, click process, and we go redirected to the Batch page again.

This doesnt happen for all the files, but just for some.
Any ideas?
