How to allow "everyone" to enter with and without a common entrance password for whole CPG Gallery ?

That's the default behaviour. You must deliberately have changed something. Read up board rules (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,55415.msg270616.html#msg270616) and do as suggested there.
