where can i change the layout of the table of the random pics under the albums list?

I'm not sure what you mean - take a look at http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/manual.php#changing for a start, or post details on what you want to do.

maybe it's my poor english.
i mean where is the html template of the random pics, so that i can make some changes on it?

it doesn't have an html template of its own, it shares the same design with all meta albums.

If you told us what for, we may be able to help. But as gaugau said, if you change the random, it'll do the same to the other meta albums.
