Title: Problem with ImageMagic and WaterMarking

all the posts that ive seen about watermarking explains how to do it with GD, i tried using the examples that were posted, but seems to be getting images that are not displayed and i think that those examples were only for GD 2.
Can some people past me some examples for ImageMagic and WaterMarking , please?
