Title: integration with IPB 1.3 board
Post by: pepito on May 23, 2004, 07:25:51 PM
Hello,
I have just installed the coppermine Gallery just as it is told in the documentation, same base and I edited the invisonboard.php and made all the needed "define" but I dont see any integration,I also set in my admin board for the cookies but yet It seems to work in the standalone way!
Did I missed something?
Everything is working fine with all the functions, but the members are not recognized by their nicks and pass and do I have to make the link to the gallery myself?
I will be grateful for somme help.
thank you

Please post here lines 25 - 32 of your invisionboard.inc.php, but do not show the password, use ****.

Also, did you edit the include/init.inc.php?

What changes did you make to the cookies?

thank for your answer
It is just my fault,I forgot to edit the include/init.inc.php :o
Anyway ,I went back to 1.2 because there is a bug with uploading pictures!
when on standalone everything is ok but when integrate to my ipb board then upload just don't work at all
I wanted to post about but didn't find where
It is a pity because 1.3 is very nice
I will wait 8)
I wanted also to give an advice on the integration ,I think it will be very useful to have ready both links in and out between the gallery and the site(forum)

You don't edit anything in your forum.  the bridge file is in your coppermine/bridge/ folder, and the one you need is invisionboard.inc.php.

You also need to edit the include/init.inc.php file, as per the docs.
