Title: visitors have to download pictures in BMP format and choose a name

Hello,

I would like that my visitors can save the pictures with they true name and in JPG format. What have I to do?

Right click on the picture, save as...

This is a server issue that we have seen once or twice before, but we have no explanation for the source of the problem, yet.  Essentially, the users browser thinks it cannot save the image from the server, so it saves the image in IE's native format, BMP. In all the previous cases, there was a downstream PHP program that wrapped CPG's content to add advertising, etc.
