Thanks for your readiness to share. I'll look into it in detail and will upload to demo and download section when I get home. Attached is a slightly corrected version (fixed several minor issues) with naming conventions applied. The theme contains some words hard-coded, so it's not ideal for international sites, but it's minimalistic, so I can see that some will like it, especially to build their own work upon it.
