Print Page - versioncheck.php stalls

Hello

Just upgraded to the new 1.4.26 from 1.4.25. When I perform versioncheck.php it just stalls and does not respond. This is the first time something like this has happened. Should I be worried or concerned? Everything appears to be fine but just want to check with the experts before just going on.
