Title: Setting User Permissions

I just installed my Coppermine Gallery but it looks like other users cannot register or upload pictures. There is only the "Log in" button showing up and no "Register" button available. I did not see anything in the control panel that would let me fix the problem. What am I missing?

Your gallery is extremely out of date. You are vulnerable to attacks. Please upgrade immediately.
