I have not got a clue what you are asking for. Are you asking for a site that looks like the page in your first link? If so that is something you must create yourself or pay someone o do it for you. We cannot create custom pages for you.
im asking if there is a way to make the homepage of the gallery more of a homepage with a news feed and etc, not the gallery itself

You will need to learn how to build a custom html page. Sorry, but that is something we cannot teach you how to do. If you do not have those skills then I suggest you hire a freelancer to do the job for you.
i know how to do that, but i was wondering if it could be done with coppermine alone...well guess not huh.

Simply create a custom theme. It is all explained in the docs.
Perhaps this user means "what is the code for a blank page with just the header footer and coppermine nav bar" that you can dump some custom html into the middle. That way you can make a splash page or whatever that isn't the gallery pages right away. I think a lot of newbies can handle the html, but the "coppermine part" is scary.
The first day I signed up I wanted to do that too. I found this useful, or at least a great start.
