I did a search, couldn't find the answer, so here goes...

I want the photo title to show instead of the membername/username on all thumbnails; frontpage, newest, etc..

Any thoughts?

I know this is complicated to me, but surely someone here has an idea on how this can be done.

has to be done on various places all over the code. Your request is quite complicated, that's why nobody has got a ready-for-copy'n-paste solution at hand.

See the function get_pic_data in functions.inc.php - look at all the places $caption is set... change that to whatever you want and it will be done - there easier said :)
