Title: Missing Admin Controls After Upgrade to 1.5.8

After the upgrade to Coppermine 1.5.8, some of the admin controls went missing. I can upload and delete pictures and manage users, but I can't change theme or manage plugins (the sections to do so aren't there).

Yes, exactly.

Is there a reason why a link to it doesn't come up in the dropdown menu on top of the gallery page?

Click on Config. That is the link.

I'm afraid I don't see it there.  :-[

What I find under Config is 'Keyword manager', 'Bridge Manager' and 'Update database'.

Sorry you didn't understand me. Click on the word Config. Don't look at the drop down. When you rollover Config the drop down appears, stop there and click.
