Post by: Zitrone on November 23, 2010, 01:35:47 PM
Hey Hey lovely Forum

So now to my problem.
I want upload psd-files to my gallery and i know with ImageMagick i can upload that. And yes i use ImageMagick. The upload is no problem but i cannot see them!
Only download and then open with IrfanView or with my Photoshop.

And i want to open that in my Webinterface of the Gallery ;)
I hope you know what i mean and hope you can help me ....

Your browser needs to support that file format. So it's no Coppermine issue. Also doesn't belong into the upload support board. Moving to misc.

The PM system has been disabled for regular users because of frequent abuse. Instead, post the link in this thread.

So here Andre my friend.

This is the link to the gallery
http://zitrone.square7.ch/CPG2

One problem here we are:
Imagemagick is only on my LinuxDistribution installed, but i know i can upload psd-files.
On my real-CPG-Installation i don't have a problem to upload the psd, only i have a problem to see that file i can only download the file.
THANKS

It seems that you just want to waste my time. A link to a password protected gallery (maybe even without a psd file) is useless. Post a test account (or set the permissions in the group manager accordingly) and move your gallery (http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/export.htm#moving) with psd files to that url (or make your testbed accessible for the world).

you should post a link to your gallery and a test user account (without admin privileges)

I changed your admin password and sent you a PM. As expected, there's no PSD file. My patience has run out. You get a last chance to post a link to a gallery with PSD files that I can access as regular user.

You don't need ImageMagick if you just move your whole testbed to that server: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/export.htm#moving_server

Do exactly what described in the docs. Mainly all you have to do is to transfer the database and the files to the new location.

No we can't do that here, as this is not the German section of the board. Additionally, I don't want to explain things that are a) explained in the docs and b) should be basic skills when maintaining a website.
