I don't know if this is the section but on my gallery the time is 6 or 7 hours behind and I want to change it to the time I'm in. I have no idea how to go about doing this, Can someone please help?

Config / General settings /

Look for, "Timezone difference relative to GMT (current time: Jan 07, 2011 at 08:56 AM)" add the amount of hours to the box on the right. You can use for example -6 to go back 6 hours, or +6 to go foward 6 hours. Change as required.
