The upgrade has been done without error notice and without problem (upgrade.php).
But when I go to the index.php page I have this error.

I have it include in PHP-Nuke 7.0

I think you have missed the omnipresent notice, that Coppermine 1.2 for Nuke integration isn't finished by now...
