I'm new at this and i'm trying to find where do i go to remove the (upload file)at the top menu between (My Gallery and LOGIN)

i have coppermine V 1.5 with theme curve_green but it does not matter what theme i try it still appear.

Set this in the Groups manager.

Public albums upload / No

Personal gallery / No

The upload file link should disappear for the groups set that way. And should show to groups set to yes.

I thought this to be true also, but my page still shows the link, even when 'allow personal gallery' is set to no.

Would it be, because the user created a user album before this setting was made?

You have to disable both upload permissions. If it still shows the button, please post a link to your gallery, a test user account and a screen-shot of the group manager.
