Title: Files not showing up in "Batch Add Files"

I use an ftp client to upload images to my gallery and up until now, I haven't had a problem. Now when I try to add screencaptures from different episodes of a television show using "Batch Add Files," only some of the folders show up. As per the doc instruction, I have created a test user account in hopes that someone can help me figure out what is wrong.
