What I want is the possibility to exclude certain users from admin approval.
These are users I trust and they deliver good quality pictures for some time now.
They don't need admin approval anymore.
Anyone who can help me with this ?
Is it much work ?

I'm guessing you need to create another group with different permissions for that group. Check out the docs for Groups. ;)
