I'm newbie :) I want to make the square thumbnails for my gallery like these galleries;

My version is:1.5.18
Obviously you haven't read the docs nor looked at the config. That's a simple setting, so just use 'exact' for that configuration value: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/configuration.htm#admin_picture_thumbnail_use-dimension
Don't forget to adjust that settings, too:

Ok thank you I did it.Umm but my thumbnails looks like weird.. Where did I do wrong? Is there any way to fix it?

Use the admin tools to re-create your thumbnail.
I'm so sorry I'm asking questions but I couldn't fix them :'( and I really need help..
I made square thumbnails but my long photos seems bulging :(
What are your settings? Have you checked what happens with newly uploaded pictures? Have you used the admin tools to re-create your already existing files? If you've not able to fix your issue, please post a test user account with upload privileges (no admin account!). Please also read the docs.
