Title: how to reverse watermark
Post by: GoTTi on March 21, 2012, 06:47:53 PM
i was testing some colors for a watermark for my images, and i need to alter the watermark just a tad.

ive already done the admin tools, update thumbs and resized photos, which added the watermark to the images.

how can i reverse that, and bring the originals back. i see orig_XXX.jpg files in the ftp, so i assume it made a backup correct?

thanks

I haven't checked that, but I assume it works the following way.

If you want to alter the watermark, upload your new watermark file and update the files with the admin tools.
If you want to remove the watermark, upload a blank watermark file and update the files with the admin tools.

Just disable watermarking and then use the admin tools to recreate intermediate and fullsized pictures.
