hey all, is it possible to make CPG to work like photobucket whereby multiple users can sign up and upon signing up,  and they can only

I don't know Photobucket, but it's possible what you're asking for with Coppermine.

Just set the permissions at the group manager accordingly. I suggest to read the docs or just install and try the gallery.

alright, there are some questions still unsure:
