Title: Path to Imagemagick location
Post by: webhostau on July 02, 2004, 02:27:39 AM
hi there coppermine users,

Im installing for the first time this wonderful gallery for the local church. And also free hosting. I was wondering if someone can help me make this website really neat.

I installed Imagemagick on the server. Next setup is

Path to ImageMagick 'convert' utility (example /usr/bin/X11/) ??

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best regards,
Tom

well, if you really installed ImageMagick yourself, you should know the path to where you installed it, but as you say you have free webhosting, you probably haven't. You will have to ask your webhost if ImageMagick is installed at all and if yes in what location. Most free webhosts don't come with ImageMagick, but GD instead, so I suggest you leave the ImageMagick path blank for a start and go for GD instead. To find out if you have GD and what version, read http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php?q=VersionGD#VersionGD
