2 delete.php: <br>Picture</br> - also there must be translation array in language.php

Sorry, but I thought you were going to just provide an updated russian.php.
If you have made changes to the other files, that remove hard coded english and place it in the language files, they cannot be used with the current version 1.3.0, or 1.3.1, as it would require new translations for all the other languages. (you can use them of course, and they may be used as a mod by other Russian sites.)
However, they may well be incorporated into future versions.
Have you tested the changes you have submitted to the other files.

Yes, we tested these changes. You can include them in develop branch. Do you need russian translation without changes?
I have added your changes to the development branch of cvs, to english.php, upload.php, and delete.php. Many thanks.
They will not be in the bugfix releases of version 1.3, as they require all language files to be updated, but will be in 1.4.
@Gaugau, please change the staus of u3uk (and possibly russian_knight) to contributor.
