Title: Suggestion: "Delete Album" option to modifyalb.php

Quick suggestion: Coppermine should think about adding a "Delete Album" option to the 'Album properties - Reset album' at the bottom of an individual album's modifyalb.php. See screenshot.
It makes sense to offer a "Delete Album" option there.
