I've been trying to create a new album in my gallery and all that happens is the loading icon comes up and doesn't go away.
I've tried changing the theme, updating and checking for missing files, made sure javascript is on, and in 3 different browsers and it still won't work.

Using the test account you posted I have successfully managed to create 2 albums called test and test1
Have you tried using a different browser? Maybe there is something Amis with the one you are using.
I've tried in Chrome, IE, and Safari and they all do the same thing.
Then all I can suggest is you try from a different computer. I have tried from my iPad and from my pc when creating those 2 albums and both worked as expected.
