Hi Guys
i thought id already posted this on here but i cant find it.
anyway im getting strange errors when clicking from the thumbnail page back to the main sub folder, highlighted on the attached pic. this is the full error
While executing query 'SELECT a.aid, a.title, a.description, a.thumb, a.keyword, category, visibility, filepath, filename, url_prefix, pwidth, pheight, a.owner FROM cpg15x_albums AS a LEFT JOIN cpg15x_pictures AS p ON a.thumb=p.pid WHERE a.category = 11 ORDER BY LIMIT 0,3' in index.php on line 795
mySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'LIMIT 0,3' at line 1
im no programmer so dont really understand what this refers to. this has happened since i started resizing my pics prior to uploading them - currently at 800 x 600. it also happens with every theme i try. ive already removed and reuploaded the whole coppermine folder from a freshly downloaded version. the only other change is that im now running on a Linux server not 2003
ive also now lost the ability to be able to view the larger image when clicked on from an intermediate size. All these things seem to have happened at the same time ive tried GD 1, GD 2 and imagemagick (although i dont think this is supported by fasthosts)
ive enclose the two files showing what happens - the first (critical error pt 1) is what im actually clikcing on the second the result.
I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
Please post a link to your gallery.

Did you run update.php after the upgrade?
ive just re run it now as a precaution and it did have 3 or so 'oks' on there.
however,
im now getting a server i/o error uploading batch files and on a single file upload there is no resizing taking place, the file is displayed at 3 or 4 times the size it should be. Should add that the file is 4000x3000 pixels and about 5.9mb
are the two related or do i need to start a new thread ?
Please start a new thread for those issues. Please also add to that thread which version you used prior the update.
will do
Thanks Andre - see you on the next thread :)
So the initial issue is fixed?
yes running the update.php seems to have prevented the critical error from appearing but still getting the resizing and i/o errors on upload, as per my new thread.
ill mark this as resolved
