hi is there any plugin to create a extra page like this`?

my problem is that the top menüs dont change if i be loged in, because ican only html thats why i could only include the not log in .js scripts, to show how i want it

the problem is that i dont know any of php, and i tihnk it can only be do with php? to include the corect top menüs...
i hope yout understand what i want :) and can help me with this "litle" problem
The minicms plugin does allow you to create additional pages - as well as add html to any page (main page, category, album, pictures).
