Title: How to scroll down after search submit?
Post by: matheso on January 06, 2015, 02:02:31 AM
Regarding my site here:   taskbasket.net/gallery/ (http://taskbasket.net/gallery/)

If a user types in "nature" at the top, when they submit the form it redirects http://taskbasket.net/gallery/thumbnails.php?search=nature&title=on....etc...

but the results are only seen if you scroll down, so I'm wondering how do I make it automatically scroll down to the images after submission? Do I attach a div reference to the form or something? Ideally I'd like it to scroll down to just above "Last additions", so that this header is seen as well

I couldn't find this in the docs and would be happy to read it if you can point it out. Thank you.

Nav anchor is proabibly what your looking for.
nav anchor in Google Search or http://www.w3schools.com
No need for bootrap and other like that to load your server with many plugins. Is simple html.

I see you made it.
Forum rules are to say how you made it and then click topic solved.

Resolve your threads
If you have found an answer to your question, resolve your thread. Don't just post "I have found the answer", but tell others what you actually did to solve your issues. Posting a link to the page where you found the answer might help. Describing what you did might help as well. Finally, you can tag your thread as "solved" by clicking on the "Topic Solved" button on the bar at the left hand side at the bottom of your thread.
