Title: batch upload limited to 79 pictures

I'm running coppermine version 1.5.38 on private centos7 server with apache 2.4.6, php 5.4.16, and mariadb 5.5.41.

I've gone through the setup and am transferring a large number of photos from another service. When I attempt to do a batch upload after rsyncing the files, it appears to only list and add the first 79 photos when I pick any given directory.

And of course then I read through the code and see that it's just creating more files in the same directory. Nevermind.
