I use a standardised form of keyword for my gallery, in the format "mmmyy";"subject".
I accidentally entered "Aug'14" (with apostrophe) instead of "Aug14". I now have two keywords - "14" and "Aug'", and two problems.
- The "14" now returns all the photos taken during 2014, although none of them actually has the keyword "14". I need to remove it from the keyword list without deleting all the files that it selects.
- The second combination is immune to the standard delete keyword process - I can't find a way to get rid of it with the CPG processes. I presume that it could be deleted from the underlying database via php, but where is it located?
Any advice?
TIA

Why don't you just rename the wrong keyword(s) in the affected file's "edit file information" page?
Thanks Andre,
I did try to rename the keyword in the keyword manager, but without success.
However, by going through each of the files in the affected albums I was able to change each one separately, and all the offending keywords have now disappeared. Fortunately there were not too many files otherwise it might have been a long process.
Many thanks for the suggestion.
Now all I have to do is find that ellusive "solved" button !
