I have 35 albums on 4 pages. It displays 9 albums on first page, but when I click on page 2 (or 3, 4) it brings me back to the page#1. For some reason, it's not taking me to next pages.
Please help me here.
Thanks

My site requires user/password to view the pictures, I am not sure how to securely send the password to you, pls advise me.
Thanks,

Unless there are reasons of confidentiality, please just create a test user account(not admin), and post the account name and password here. Then supporters can login, and test to see if this affects them or not.
When sorted, you can simply delete this test account.
The symptoms you describe, are something that sometimes (rarely) happened with a previous version, in certain circumstances.
Please go into config, and change the 'maximum number of tabs', to a higher number. Then do a force refresh of your browser.
Looking at the source code of your page shows you're actually using cpg1.2.1, not cpg1.3.x, so you started your support request in the wrong board. This also means that Casper is absolutely right, this has been an issue with previous versions of coppermine (namely cpg1.2.1 and older).

P.S. Moving this thread to cpg1.2.x support, where it should have gone in the first place

I have created userid "test" and password "test2004"
Like you said this is a problem in the version I am using, is there a easy solution to fix it or I have to upgrade it to higher version.
Thanks
DM
I also tried increasing the "maximum no of tabs" from 12 to 30 but that didn't help.
THanks DM
you either look up the discussion when this cpg1.2.1 bug was first discovered (that means earching the board), or you upgrade. I recommend ugrading. Please understand that there can be only limited support for outdated versions. In fact, one of the reasons new versions come out is that in older versions bugs get discovered and get fixed in newer versions. If you come across a known bug you can't live with, you'll have to upgrade.

Thanks for help. I will upgrade it soon.
