Title: File Replacer Thumb Error

Hello, I have a problem when I use the "File Replacer" plugin, every time I use it it updates the thumbnail in a weird way and it looks like this

So I have to update the thumbs every single time I use the plugin in admin tools so it can looks like this

Make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin (1.10).
