Title: [Solved]: Missing form field in send e-card page

Hi, I just setup 1.3.0, and I tried the e-card function, except when I'm filling out the form under "From" "Your Email Address", there's no form field to enter my email address, so it won't let me send the card.  For all the other form fields they show up just fine.

This is fixed in version 1.3.1, along with other bugs, please upgrade.

I upgraded to 1.3.1 and the e-cards work perfectly!!  Thanks for your super fast response.   ::)
