what is the problem??..
you seem to be running an older version of cpg that had this error in util.php Upgrade to the most recent cpg1.3.1 package to get rid of it. If you're afraid to do so, get the most recent stable version of the file util.php from the web cvs (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/coppermine).
