Title: ITPC and Title/Descripton/Keywords

Is there currently a way to make

IPTC Title: = Picture Title
IPTC Keywords: Picture Keywords

Also, your IPTC is not reading Caption field, which is commonly = "Descripton"

Any plans for this? Any hints to hack it?
