You'd better post a reply to the thread you're refering to (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=8199.0), maybe others will benefit from your questions (and possible answers) as well. Jupload is not part of coppermine, it comes together with a mod. Apply the mod and you should be able to use it with coppermine.
