Installing another gallery

Ok I'll try to explain my question.

I have a website with cpg 1.3 already installed ... lets say.. www.mysite.com/cpg

Now i just created another website .. lets say... www.newsite.com... however, this site is pointing to www.mysite.com/newsite/index.htm

In other words this second site is simply pointing to a different folder in the first site..

I'd like to create a new cpg1.3 gallery for this second site.. www.mysite.com/newsite/cpg

Is this possible.. can i simply follow the existing instructions without affecting the existing database since they are on the same server

Yes, it's possible. You just need to make sure that the second installation has a different table prefix.

On the installation page when it asks you to input the prefix.
