i know this kind of question has been asked alot, but is it okay to translate powered by line to other language? i think it involves modifying the source code, therefore able to remove the line totally, so i don't expect to get an answer from the dev. but just for my record, is it breaking the license if i translate the line? and no powered by coppermine photo gallery visible, the english of course? thanks

The license requires you to leave the full line intact and visible, so from my point of view only translating it would actually break the license. If you know your way around, you could add a translation, but not replace the existing one with a translated one. Additionally, it wouldn't be possible for people not speaking your language to actually see if the credit line was removed or what it says any more.
Imo you should leave it as it is, you could only add something to it, like this "Powered by Coppermine / your_translation_for_'powered_by_coppermine'".

yeah that's what i thought, i personally wouldn't mind leaving it as it is, just one of the user on my forum wanted to get it translated.
thanks for the clarification.
