Fatal error while processing a db query

I recently installed 1.3.2 and it was working wonderfully.  After about 2 hours of uploading jpgs I get the following error message and can't even get back to the admin console.

Fatal error :
There was an error while processing a database query

Suggestion - enable debug mode and tell us the real error message. If you cannot login, edit the value of debug_mode to 1 in your coppermine config table.
