I have 3 galleries on the same server but under different domains
sometimes I would like to show photos on 2 site's galleries - would be great if I could link albums from a gallery to another gallery to prevent double data on the server
Is there a solution?

thx

What you can do is put the Photo's OUTSIDE the Coppermine datatree.
Something like this

- Photos
- - Albums
- - - Album1
- - - Album2

Use 3 or more installations of Coppermine:

- Copp1
- Copp2
- Copp3
- etc..

Then by each installation of Coppermine refer to the photos in de Photos map. You can do this in de 'config' area of coppermine.....

That's all... ;)

Warning: if you modify the albums folder location in coppermine's config when there already are pics in coppermine's database, you'll have to move the files themselves as well. You might run into issues if you have been using http uploads, as there are identically named subfolders in your userpics folder!
Remember to CHMOD!

P.S. Your question should have gone into "support", not feature requests, as you're not asking for a feature in a future coppermine version, but you're looking for actual support now. Please post a link to your site(s), a moderator will then move this thread accordingly

i posted into feature request but i don't have ideas how could this be possible...

(same pic folder for all isn't idiot proof - i don't want to share everything between the galeries)
